The focus is on pension plan services. Bill has more than 25 years of experience in the pension actuarial consulting field and has worked with a variety of pension plan clients, ranging in all sizes.

Bill is a Fellow, Canadian Institute of Actuaries (FCIA) and a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA). He has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree with a major in Finance and a Master of Science degree in actuarial mathematics.
